We want to ensure a positive customer experience. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will ask to have those products returned to verify damage. Upon verification, a refund will be issued to you.
If you change your mind about a purchase, please let us know before the order is processed and shipped and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. If the item has been processed and shipped, you will be required to pay for return shipping as well as a 20% of the purchase price for a restocking fee.
If you want to exchange the item for a different item, its best to make that change before the item is shipped so no extra shipping charges will be applied. Please contact us immediately for any changes you might need to make before your order is shipped.
