What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently ship through the USPS or UPS.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ask you to allow 24-48 hours to process your order.  From there, depending on what method of shipping you choose will dictate the estimated time for your package to be delivered.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We will soon be able to accept all major credit cards.   Currently we only accept PayPal. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, our website does have an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate which is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a website and encrypts information sent to the server using SSL technology. Encryption is the process of scrambling data into an undecipherable format that can only be returned to a readable format with the proper decryption key.

This certificate serves as an electronic “passport” that establishes an online entity’s credentials when doing business on the Web. When an you attempts to send confidential information through our website, the your browser accesses the server’s digital certificate and establishes a secure connection.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

It’s simple.  Once you find the item you want to order, you simple add that item to your cart.  If you want to order more than one you can increase the quantity before adding it to the cart or while in your cart you can update the quantity you would like to order.

Once you are done shopping, you click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.  The next page you put your billing and shipping address.  Currently we are only able to accept payments through PayPal.  We are working on adding he options to accept credit cards and will update this when that option is available.

Once the information is filled out you click the Proceed to PayPal and follow the steps to process the payment.  Once the transaction is complete you will be redirected back to our website say the order has been received.

We will the process your order in a 24-48 hour window and get your order shipped out.

If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to email those questions to info@apexdirectsales.com and will answer those questions as quickly as possible.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please email us directly at info@apexdirectsales.com.

Please put in the subject line, Cancel Order followed by your order number.

We ask you do this before your item is shipped.  If the item is shipped you will be responsible for return shipping fees and a restock fee.
